You may return all unused items purchased from the Motavation Volumes Online Store within 30 days of the original delivery. Return shipping cost will be coverd only if there is structual failure. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Bolts may not be returned.

Merchandise will be shipped via USPS and is subject to the government standards, regulations, and delivery limitations.
Orders typically take 5 to 10 business days to ship.
Freight shipping -
Motavation Volumes uses various companies to ship freight orders(4ftx4ft pallet). Prices are subject to change.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, you will be notified by email and the item will typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks. If the item is discontinued, you will be notified and given the opportunity to substitute an item of equal value or receive a full refund.
